He is preceded in death by Parent’s and brother’s Manuel and Paul Garcia. Survived by his Children, Ramiro, Juanita Marie Garcia and Jayda Eloisa Garcia. Siblings, Lupe Garcia, Fidencio Garcia, Martin (Anita) Garcia, John Garcia, Ricardo (Corina) Escalante, Sara E. (John) Galindo, Rolando (Yolanda) Garcia, Roberto Garcia and Sandra (Domingo) Zepeda. Lorri Rosa, JoDenise Rosa. He attended PSJA HS in Pharr, TX. He was currently working for Big O Tires as a Tire Technician. He was a positive and respectful loving person with a gentle soul. He lived a simple life driven by helping others. He always had a smile on his face and had a contagious sense of humor. Rene loved the ocean and enjoyed the gulf breeze. His passion for fishing spends many days and nights on the water and riding on a boat. The memories with a fishing pole were spent with family and friends at the beach. He died unexpectedly at Christus Spohn Hospital on July 18, 2019 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 46. Memorial Services will be held Tuesday July 23, 2019. Viewing will be from 5-7 pm and Services from 7-9 pm @ Guardian Funeral Home located at 5922 Crosstown, Corpus Christi TX 78417. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Rene’s life. The family would like to thank the ICU Team at Christus Spohn Hospital for their dedication and determination to effectively work around the clock to save his life.
