Obituary Jeffrey D. Palgut, DVM went to be with the Lord on the evening of December 28th after more than 40 years of battling Crohn’s disease. He passed surrounded by his family in his home in Panama City. Jeff was born October 5th, 1947, in Bolton Landing, New York and grew up on Double Left dude ranch with his parents, Bill and Marian, and older sister, Kathy.
