Phillip B. Drake, age 61, of Tiff City, MO passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at his home. Phillip was born on May 10, 1959 to James and Sue (York) Drake in Wichita, KS. He graduated from Jay High School in 1977 and attended Northeastern A & M College. An entrepreneur at heart, Phillip had a knack for sales of all kinds, especially vehicles. He would purchase, refurbish and then resale them. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a member of the Masonic Lodge Delta 425 in Tulsa, OK. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, brother, James Drake and brother-in-law, Gary Crittenden. He is survived by 5 children: Amber Drake of Coweta, OK, Alicia Leon (Darren) of Derby, KS, Roscoe Drake of Claremore, OK, Winston Drake of Stillwater, OK and Cherri Drake of Bethany, OK; sisters: Cherri Crittenden of Grove, Victoria Drake of Dallas, TX and Elisa Rodriguez of Leawood, KS; brother, Thomas Drake of Southwest City, MO, canine companion, Pearl and 4 grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 2pm on January 2, 2021 at the Full Gospel Church in Southwest City, MO. Donations in Phillip’s memory may be made to his 13 year old daughter, Cherri Drake in c/o Nichols-Stephens Funeral Service, 10201 US Hwy 59, Grove, OK 74344.
