Debra’s Obituary Debra Evans Clance age 69 passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, at Memory Hill Cemetery with Rev. Randle Frashier officiating. Mrs. Clance was born July 9, 1951 in Milledgeville Georgia to Samuel and Clara Worsham Evans. She was a graduate of Baldwin County High School. She was a Graphic Designer and owned D.C. Graphics. Other than her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Lamar Cullens. Survivors include her husband of 51 years Michael Clance of Milledgeville, her daughter Stacey Overton of Gray; a sister Peggy Scott of McPherson, KS, two grandchildren Justin Overton and Logan Overton. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 until 2:00 p.m. at Moores Funeral Home. Friends who wish may make memorial contribution to ARF 711 S. Wilkinson St. Milledgeville, GA 31061.
