Patricia’s Obituary Patricia Ann Oxley Byrnside, 83, of Rowlett, TX formerly of Athens, WV went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 11, 2020 At Murray Senior Care Home in Sachse, TX. Born November 11, 1936 in Athens she was the daughter of the late Lloyd Oxley and Sallie Bolin Oxley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Oscar J. Byrnside, Jr. She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Ann Paris Rafael of Rowlett, TX, Brenda Gail Wren of Chester, VA, and Bethany Lynn Byrnside of Melbourne, FL; eight grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Freund, Erin Ann Paris, Christopher Stephen Wren, Andrew Lloyd Timothy Wren, Justin Robert Paris, Heather Leighann Wren, Casey Lynn Rafael, and Caitlyn Rose Rafael; six great-grandchildren, Zachary John Swisher, Erin Elizabeth Lyles, Emma Lynn Peters, Zen William Sabolesky, Leah Marie Gist, and Thomas Alvin Wren; four sisters, Joyce Kessinger and husband Eddie of Athens, Mary Jane Newberry of Daniels, WV, Betty Gunnoe and husband Daniel of Princeton, and Deborah Meadows of Princeton. A private family service will be held at Seaver Funeral Home in Princeton on Monday, April 20, 2020 with Reverend Daniel Gunnoe officiating. Burial will follow at Athens Cemetery in Athens.
