Obituary Jean (Wise) Snyder, 76, of Clyde, died at the Willows in Bellevue, following her battle with alzheimers disease,on Sunday, April 19, 2020. Jean was born in Clyde on April 29, 1943 to the now deceased Stanford Sr., and Clara (Harrand) Wise. She was a graduate of the former York High School and then the St. Vincent School of Nursing in Toledo. Jean spent her working years as a nurse. Mrs. Snyder was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church, Clyde. On July 25, 1964, she married Ronald F. Snyder. On April 19, 2018, exactly two years prior to Jean’s death, Ron died. Survivors include two daughters, Patricia (Jeff) Phillips of McMinville, Tennessee and Elise (Darrin) Spring of Bellevue. Four grandchildren, Austin Dry; Grant Spring; Quinn Spring; and Kane Spring also survive, along with siblings, Stanford Wise, Jr. of Clyde; Marie Strayer of Bellevue and Rosalyn Mulligan of Michigan. Her daughter, Leigh Ann Snyder preceded her in death in 1991. One brother, William Wise and an infant sister are deceased. In the summer, services will be held for both Jean and Ron.
