Born in Plainfield, Mrs. Markowski lived in Pennington and then Old Bridge before moving to Helmetta in 1975. She was employed as a security guard at Merrill Lynch in Plainsboro. Mrs. Markowski was a congregant of St. George’s Anglican Church, Helmetta. She was predeceased by her parents Victor and Amelia (Kling) Ludwig. Surviving are her husband of 47 years Thomas, her daughter Christina Markowski of Beijing, China, her son David of Andersonville, MD and her sister Johanna Hugo of new Egypt. Funeral services for Mrs. Markowski are private.
