Mr. William Michael “Billy” Day, 23, of Luthersville, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at his home. Billy was born October 14, 1995, in Richmond, Virginia, and lived in Meriwether County most of his life. He was a graduate of Greenville High School and was Baptist by faith.
