Willene L. Adams, 90, of Brunswick, passed away on Friday, July 31, 2019, at Hospice of the Golden Isles surrounded by family. Willene was born in Odum, Georgia on January 17, 1929, to the late Roscoe and Susie Landon. She married Leroy Adams at the age of 19 and was married to him for 39 years until he passed away in 1987 however, she remained devoted to him until her last day. She enjoyed working in her yard as well as talking to neighbors and to anyone who looked her way. Willene was one of a kind and would care for anyone and every one as if they were her own, she never did meet a stranger. Survivors include her son, Leon Adams (Deborah); twin sister, Allene Gray; Granddaughter, Anna Reneé Brock and lots of nieces and nephews. A visitation is to be held on Friday, August 2, 2019, at 2 PM with the service to follow at 3 PM both to be held at Brunswick Memorial Park Funeral Home.
