January 2 1959 July 4 2019 (age 60)
Vernon David Burke Jr., (affectionately known as Chico) age 60, was born on January 2, 1959 in Pittsburgh, PA and departed this life on July 4, 2019. He graduated from Schenley High School in 1978 and attended Potomac State University. He then went on to enlist in the armed forces where he spent seven years. After receiving an honorable discharge, he later became employed as a sanitation worker until becoming permanently disabled. Chico was at his happiest when surrounded by family and friends. And made it a point to always be courteous to everyone he met. He was enjoyed by all and will be sadly missed. He leaves to morn, mother Arlene Snipe, Father Vernon Burke Sr., sister Donna, one niece, three nephews and one loving step-daughter, as well as a host of relatives and friends.
