Troy D. McIntyre, 52, of Neptune, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, July 19, 2019. He was born in Neptune, NJ and raised in Craven County, NC. Troy graduated from West Craven High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. After returning home, he resided in Atlanta, GA before returning to Neptune, NJ where he lived until his untimely passing. He was predeceased by his father Eddie Solomon, his grandparents, William and Lucinda McIntyre, and Naomi Montes. He is survived by his loving daughter Ebonee Blackshaw and two grandsons Romello and Christopher all of St. Petersburg, FL. Mother Patricia McIntyre of Neptune, NJ.
