Terry Wayne Snead April 08, 1967 – June 30, 2019 Share this obituary Sign Guestbook Terry Wayne Snead, 52, Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 as the results of a motorcycle accident. He was born April 8, 1967 in Elizabethton. But have lived in Florida for the past 14 months. He was employed as a Mechanic Class B on & off Shore, National Gas Engineers & Compressors. He was a member of the Biltmore Baptist Church. Terry was an honorary member of the Paternal Order of Eagles, Fort Walton Beach. Survivors include his son: Coby Snead, Youngsville, Louisiana. His Mother: Phyllis Powell Crain & husband Glenn, His father: Wilson “Butch” Snead & wife Lynda. His Siblings: Ann Holt & husband Mike, Stacy Tallant Wroten & husband James, Rusty Tallant & wife Tammy, Shanna Bruns, and Erin Diane Snead. His fiancé’ Jalisa Wilkins. Several special aunts & uncles and several special nieces, nephews & cousins. Funeral Services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, July 8, 2019 in Memorial Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Carl Grindtaff officiating. Interment will follow in Happy Valley Memorial Park. Active Pallbearers will be: Mason LaPorte, Charles Cook, Joey Blevins, Robb Edens, Brad Jaynes, Randy Powell, Junior “Pooner” Powell and Timmy Harrison. Honorary Pallbearers will be:, Mike Holt, Glenn Crain, Michael Elliott, Lynson Garland, David Harrison, Kirbie Carpenter, Greg Hyder, Rusty Tallant, Logan Carpenter, Wilson Ornduff, Jason Sutton, Jacob Pytlik, Sheldon Sheffield, Joe Pitts, Matt Wofford, Ed Wofford, Joey Conti, Ray “Rico” DeJesus, Daniel Tyson, James Wilkins, Timothy Boney, Lyndall Wilkins and Greg Hyder. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday prior to the funeral service. Friends may also visit with the family at the residence of his mother, Phyllis Crain.
