Tanya Chadwick, age 48 of Centre, passed away Thursday, July 11th at Dekalb Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Sunday, July 14th at Perry Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Stephens and Bro. Gary Harden officiating. Burial will follow at Cherokee Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1 PM to 3 PM, Sunday, at the funeral home. Survivors Include husband, Nathan Lee Chadwick Jr. of Centre; sons, Koby Anderson of Centre, Jonathan Chadwick of Centre, and Jesse Pettis of Centre; daughters, Katey Barrett of Mobile, Tiffany Chadwick of Centre, and chosen daughter, Katrina Rayborn of Centre; mother, Iris Anderson of Centre; brothers, James Chadwick of Centre and Richard Chadwick of Centre; sisters, Becky Williams of Centre and Shelley Jones of Amarillo, Texas; grandparents, Jim and Edna Anderson of Snyder, TX; four grandchildren, several aunts and uncles, and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins also remaining. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerry Don Anderson; grandparents, George and Jean Leavelle, Daphene Anderson, and Nathan and Nellie Chadwick. Mrs. Chadwick was a native of Amarillo, Texas. She worked as a CNA in healthcare and was a member of Enon Grove Baptist Church. She was an Army Family Readiness Group Leader and a recipient of the “Order of the Dragon” Carol Ann Watson Award.
