Stephene Renee “Snuffy ” Stout, 41, of Bristol, Virginia passed away Wednesday, June 26, 2019 at Bristol Regional Medical Center. She was born Bristol, TN on January 7, 1978. She is preceded in death by grandfathers, Charles Cecil “Tete” McKinnley Booher and Marvin Glen Stout, Sr.; grandmother, Phyllis Ann Booher; uncle, Cecil “Gene” Eugene Booher; a very special cousin, Amy Marlene Robinson; and a loving pet; Harley Buggins. Stephene was a loving and a devoted daughter and mother. She enjoyed listening to music, horseback riding, skating and spending time with her daughter Marlene. Stephene is survived by her daughter, Marlene Grace Mann; mother, Ruth Booher; and three loving aunts and several cousins. The family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Monday, July 8, 2019, in Blevins Funeral & Cremation Services, 417 Lee Street, Bristol, VA 24201.
