Shirley F. Alexander, age 71 of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019. She was born November 27, 1947 in Randolph County, Alabama. She has been retired for many years and was a loving mother and grandmother. She is preceded in death by her parents Arvil Sheppard and Odessa Lancaster, by siblings Wayne Sheppard, Terry Lancaster, Tina Lancaster and granddaughter Emily Ann Alexander.
