On July 9, 2019, Sherry Thurston Davis age 56 of Windfall, went home to her Lord and Savior. Sherry was welcomed home by her parents, Gracie & Shirley Thurston, her father-in-law, Algar Davis, and her daughter, Ashley Nacole Davis Holloway. Her husband, Bryan Davis and daughter Shanna (Michael) Earnheart survive, along with her mother-in-law, Olive Davis and grandchildren, Brooklyn Knoll, Deacon Earnheart, Serenity Earnheart, Arian Earnheart, and Ashton Earnheart. Her brother Carl (Dee) Thurston, sister Brenda (John) Tatum, and several nieces and nephews also survive. Sherry was employed at Mycogen Seed Company in Windfall for several years. She was member of Center Grove Baptist Church. She loved her animals, scrap booking, and gardening. A funeral service celebrating Sherry’s life will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, July 15, 2019 at Dunnichay Funeral Home, Elwood, Indiana with Rev. Jim Sharber officiating. Burial will follow in the Elwood City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, July 15, 2019, 11:00 am – 2:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson Street, Elwood, Indiana.
