Shawn M. Jerauld, 18, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 30, 2019, due to injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident in North Attleboro. Shawn was born in Attleboro and was the loving son of Michael and Tanya (Brown) Jerauld. Shawn attended Attleboro High School and was currently enrolled in the night study program at the high school. Most recently, Shawn was employed as a mechanic at Town Fair Tire. Shawn was an avid motorcycle enthusiast and always felt free and happy when he was on his bike. Shawn was so excited to have purchased his new Honda CBR. He enjoyed repairing and riding motorcycles and dirt bikes and also loved to play video games and spend time with his friends. Shawn was a goofy and outgoing young man with a great sense of humor and was always willing to lend a hand to those that needed it. He will be remembered as a wonderful son and brother and will be deeply missed by his countless friends and extended family. Surviving in addition to this parents are his brother, Deven Lizotte and his fiancée Jessica Terio and sister Alexis Lizotte of Attleboro and a large loving extended family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Saturday, July 6, 2019, from 1-5pm, in the Foley-Cook-Hathaway Funeral Home, 126 South Main St., Attleboro, with words of remembrance beginning at 4pm in the funeral home. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations in Shawn’s memory and to aid his family at this difficult time may be made to his GoFundMe page.
