Sara H. Earnest, 99, of Lewisburg, passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 at Evangelical Community Hospital, Lewisburg. Born March 7, 1920, she was a daughter of the late Simon and Stella (Strub) Mull. On April 18, 1936, she married Clyde A. Earnest, who preceded her in death March 9, 1985. Together they celebrated nearly 49 years of marriage. Sara retired from the former Quaker Manufacturing, Lewisburg. She enjoyed crafts and earlier in life, fishing. Most of all, Sara loved and cherished her dog, Bonnie. Surviving are her children, Betty Goss, of Montandon, Larry “Mike” Earnest, of Lewisburg and Patricia Yount and her husband, Dale, of Milton; 10 grandchildren and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a son, Robert Earnest and 9 siblings. Family and friends will be received from 10 to 11 a.m. Friday at Cronrath-Grenoble Funeral Home, 106 S. Second St., Lewisburg, where the funeral will be held at 11 a.m. with the Rev. John D.
