Obituary Ruth Jean Miller, 95, of Bedford, Ohio, passed away on July 7, 2019. Ruth was born in Bedford and was the daughter of Mabel and Clyde Horton. She graduated from Bedford High School in 1941 and then graduated from Bowling Green State University, where she majored in Education. Ruth taught fifth and sixth grades at Glendale in Bedford for over 20 years and was a proud teacher who is fondly remembered by many of her students.
