Ruth Ann Elkins Walker, 77 formerly of Bridgeport, AL, died July 13, 2019 at Leconte Medical Center in Sevierville, TN. Visitation will be 12 noon-2 PM CDT Thursday, July 18, at Rudder Funeral Home in Bridgeport, AL. The Funeral Service will begin at 2 PM CDT in the funeral home chapel. She will be interned in St. Bonaventure Cemetery. Survivors include her daughter Heather Walker (Eric) Stepp; grandchildren: Cailey Glisson, Cade Glisson, Adaline Stepp; sister Helen Jones and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her husband James William Walker; daughter Celeste Walker, parents Carl Wilburn and Nancy Paralee Morgan Elkins; sisters: Elizabeth Siria and Joyce Smith. www.rudderfuneralhomes.
