Ronald W. Parker, 78, passed away at his home in Moline on Friday, July 5, 2019. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 1-5 p.m. at Friends Circle, Moline. Cremation has taken place. Esterdahl Mortuary & Crematory, Ltd., is assisting the family. Ronald was born on July 25, 1940, in Moline, the son of Warren and Marie (Carnes) Parker. Ronald served in the Navy. He married Marlys Gordon on December 20, 2006, in Rock Island. He worked as a truck driver for Adrian Carriers. Survivors include his wife, Marlys; children, Tracy (Joe) Stead, Kim Ray, Brad Parker, Brian (Belinda) Parker, Scott Parker and Todd (Michelle) Carroll, Kristina Labath, Tonette Tubbs; 15 grandchildren, Jessica (Travis) Carlson, Cordell Lenz, Emily Parker, Tamryn Parker, Ashley Parker, Audrey Parker, Allison Parker, Kelsey Ray, Chance Ray, Kaylyn Fowler, Mykel Fowler, Austin Tubbs, Ashley Aldrich, Courtney Collins, and Morgan Carroll; 13 great grandchildren, Billy Fowler, Alex Fowler, Khloe Fowler, Aliyah Fowler, Floyd Horne, Aliyah McRae, Amarianah Parker, Jacob Moreno, Gabriella Moreno, Aniyah Johnson, Brayden Gorney, Arya Groyon, and Avery Groyon. He was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson and a brother.
