Ron’s early years were spent in the Spokane area. In the late 1960’s Ron moved to the Tacoma area, where he managed his own service station and then ran his own automotive repair shop. He then worked for Boeing as a mechanic where he retired from. In 1962 he enlisted in the Army for three years and spent a little over a year in Korea. That is where he met his wife Kapyo. She passed away in early 2001. Ron had three sons, Tom (passed), Clint and Chuck. He loved his sons and several grandchildren. Ron had three brothers, Robert Tomyn, Tom Ouimet and Chuck Ouimet (passed). Ron also has several family members in the Washington Area. Ronald Lee Tomyn was a very loving man. He loved his wife, Kami and his three sons. He was so fun to be around when he would tell jokes (some corny). He was the easy going guy that just made you feel good! Ron had a collection of guitars that he loved to plunk on and was good at it . He loved to sing. He also had a great collection of collectable cars that he loved to drive. We loved him a lot and will miss hearing his voice and his jokes. Print Obituary
