Robert L. “Bob/Ernie” Ernest, age 76, of Fond du Lac, died Wednesday, July 11, 2019, at Crossroads Care Center in Fond du Lac. He was born on September 19, 1942, in Fond du Lac, the son of John and Rachel (Giesick) Ernest. Ernie served in the United States Navy as a radioman from 1960-63 during the Cuban Crisis.
