Robert K. Flowers, 90, of South Beloit, IL died at 6:35 a.m., Thursday, July 25, 2019 in his home. He was born December 5, 1928 in Osage, IA, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Abner and Rosetta (Bennett) Flowers. Robert married the former Adelene Ahlf on April 29, 1950 in St. Ansgar, IA. He served in the Korean War as a member of the U.S. Army beginning in 1951 and through 1953. Robert also worked at Gilman Engineering for 29 years as an electrician before retiring in 1991.
