Richard N. Amato, Jr, a graduate of Solvay High School and communicant of St. Cecilia church passed away Tuesday July 16th. He was born in Marcellus, raised in Solvay, and resided there until his death. Richard was a foreman at Bannock Device Company in Liverpool for 10 years. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, the former Tracey Hanley, 2 daughters; Ella and Claudia, his parents; Richard and Diane (Clarke) Amato, of Solvay, mother-in-law; Toni Hanley, of Liverpool and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Family and friends may call from 1 pm to 4 pm Sunday at BAGOZZI TWINS FUNERAL HOME, 2601 Milton Avenue, Solvay. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Monday at St. Cecilia Church, 1001 Woods Rd, Solvay.
