Rev. Lewis Mack Pitts age 84 of 2312 old Williamston Rd., passed Tuesday at the AnMed Medical Health Center. He was born in Laurens County and was the son of the late Russell and Fannie Evans Pitts, at an early age he join Rocky Springs Baptist Church and Cedar Grove Baptist Church where he serviced as a associated Minister. Survivors include his wife for 47 years Pauline Rice Pitts of the home, daughter Leandra C. Pitts, son Pedra G. Pitts both of Anderson S.C. sister Mattie Belle Anderson of Waterloo S.C., 2 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services will be held Sunday 2:00P.M. at Cedar Grove Baptist Church burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday evening from 6:00-8:00P.M. at the Funeral Home.
