Raymond was born on September 21, 1942 to Marvin Lee “Bud” Kerr and Ruby Jewel “Miller” Kerr in Eaglepass, Texas. Raymond married Maya Clements in Jaurez, Mexico, she preceded him in death on April 9, 2009. Together they have Sons- Marvin Kerr, Raymond Kerr JR, Luke Kerr and Wade Kerr and Daughter- Crystal Kerr. Raymond served in the Military, until he was Honorable Discharged and then went to work as a Border Patrol for the Mexican Border in New Mexico.
