Randall’s Obituary Randall L. Smith, age 65, of Wakarusa, died at 1:55 p.m., Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at his residence. He was born August 10, 1953 in Elkhart, IN to Lee and Phyllis (Wenger) Smith. Randall has lived in the Wakarusa area for 20 years. On December 16, 1971 he married the love of his life, Cathey Jones in Elkhart. Randall attended Nappanee Missionary Church. He is survived by his wife, Cathey Smith, Wakarusa; children, Nathan (Angie) Smith, Jason (fiancé Hilary Ward) Smith, Broney (Lowell) Newswanger; grandchildren, Justice (fiancé Carly Chupp) Smith, Macey Smith, Wyatt Smith, Maverick Smith, and one baby Smith on the way; siblings, Lonnie Smith, Bill Smith, Craig Smith, Gary Smith, Phillip Smith, Denny Smith, Kay Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Al Smith and Ronnie Wenger. A private family Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
