Phyllis “Phyl” D. Welch, 92 passed away peacefully on July 8, 2109 surrounded by her family. She was born in Troy on March 15, 1927 to Frank and Margaret (Chart) Friemoth. Phyl graduated from East Troy High School in 1945. After graduating, she set off on an adventure with a group of her girlfriends to spend a year living in Burbank, California.
