MOBLEY – Phil Mobley, age 70 of Monroe, passed away July 5, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 3 PM on Sunday, July 7, 2019 in the Monroe Chapel of Tim Stewart Funeral Home. Mr. Mobley is survived by his wife, Nancy Mobley; daughter & son-in-law, Sherry & Johnny Simmons of Monroe; sons & daughters-in-law, Terry & Phyllis Mobley of Cumming, Danny & Michelle Mobley of Navarre, FL; sisters, Bithy Frix, Lois Ervin, and Ann Henderson; ten grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, numerous extended family and friends also survive. The family will receive friends from 5-8 PM on Saturday, July 6, 2019 at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, 209 South Broad Street, Monroe, GA 30655. (770) 267-2594.
