Peter’s Obituary Peter Sappet, 58, of Palm Coast, FL, died peacefully at home in his sleep on July 2, 2019. A mechanical engineer and graduate of UMass Lowell, Peter loved cooking and spending quality time with his family. He was the go-to handyman for advice on any subject and always eagerly volunteered to help friends and neighbors. A marine captain and licensed scuba diver he had a passion for boating, diving, and fishing. As a skilled woodworker, he made beautiful kayaks with his sons. Peter is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Danielle Sappet of Palm Coast, FL; sons, Douglas Sappet of Manchester, NH and Nicholas Sappet of Palm Coast, FL; sister, Kathleen McGinn of Holden, MA.
