Kaufmann of St Louis, Missouri passed away on Paul is survived by his Brother – Mark T. Kaufmann and his Sister – Virginia (Frank) Van Berkum. Paul was preceded in death by his Parents – Paul and Mary Kaufmann. Our brother, friend, son, nephew, cousin, and uncle Paulie died this week at the age of 55 in his residence in Festus from a heart attack. Paul was a loyal son, a loving brother, a cool uncle, and a friend who gave his heart and pledge of brotherhood to a small circle of loyal friends. In his earlier times, he was an extrovert, a jokester whose home in South City and later South County were a hub of social connection for friends he knew from his work in the restaurant biz (Fairview, Shoney’s, Rich & Charlie’s, Dominic’s), in the street department of the city of Webster Groves and at Breckinridge Materials. He was a warm, genuine man with a big heart. He will be sorely missed by all those who know him. Celebration of life will be held Sunday July 21, 2019 from 1:00-5:00 pm at the home of his sister, Virginia van Berkum.
