Patsy was born on October 12, 1948 to Warren Finley Peters and Dorothy “Courson” Peters in Butler, Pennsylvania. Patsy’s first wife Ella Louise Peters his Beloved Wife of 45 years preceded him in death. Together they have 2 sons: Paul Peters II & Tracy Peters. Patsy then married Jean Horath on September 22, 2017 in Atoka, Oklahoma. Patsy owns his business as a Recovery/Repossessioner for many years. Patsy is a member of the Southside Baptist Church of Atoka, Oklahoma.
