Patricia May Buis Guerra passed away Monday morning in St. James Healthcare. She was born in Los Angeles, California Monday, March 30, 1927 to Roy and Alice (Edgley) Buis. Her father was in the United States Navy so Patricia attended schools in several places. She married Frank P. Guerra in Ohio on March 8, 1958 and he passed away in June of 2013. Patricia worked for the May Company for 7 years hand painting china. She also worked as a waitress in department stores in Pennsylvania as well as for the United States Post Office and as a draftsman. She was a very accomplished artist, enjoyed gardening and canning and loved the outdoors. Following the death of her husband, Patricia moved to Butte to be near her sister, Jeanne Knievel and was a member of Floral Park Baptist Church. Survivors include her sister, Jeanne Knievel and several nieces and nephews including, Kristy Lawrence, Renee and Bill Slaughter, Robin and John Dick and Linda Knievel.
