Obituary Cumberland, MD – Patricia Ann Robey, 83, of Cumberland, MD, passed away Friday, July 26, 2019, at the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center. Born April 3, 1936, in Cumberland, MD, Mrs. Robey was the daughter of the late Richard L. Huff and Frances R. (Fleegle) Huff. She was also preceded in death by her husband: Otto Robey, July 10, 2014; her sister: Helen McKinnie; and two brothers: Richard E. Huff; and Llewellyn Huff.
