Patricia’s Obituary Patricia A. Maurer Frankenmuth, MI formerly of Saginaw Loving mother, grandmother, sister passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019, after a brief illness, at Covenant Cooper; age 83 years. Patricia LaFlair was born on May 28, 1936 in Saginaw, MI to the late Patrick and Ann LaFlair. She was married to Harry Maurer on May 30, 1959, he predeceased her on December 12, 1998. Patricia was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and was on Altar Guild. She also volunteered for 4-H and enjoyed bowling and golf. Surviving are her children; Valerie (Mark) Janson of Frankenmuth MI., Michael Maurer of Saginaw MI., Sandra (John) Bauby of Bloomington, IL., Marianne (George Jr.) Clark of Saginaw, grandchildren; Tyler and Zachary Janson, Justine, Jacey and Nicholas Bauby, Timothy Maurer and Meagan Clark, sister and brothers; Mary (Glen) Maeder, Mike (Barb) LaFlair, Tom (Sarah) LaFlair. Nieces and nephews, close caregivers and friends. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 8220 Holland Rd., Frankentrost, MI. Rev. Mark Loest will officiate with burial at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens in Saginaw, MI. Patricia’s family will receive visitors at Cederberg Funeral Home of Frankenmuth, 590 N. Franklin St. on Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
