Pamela M. Brown, 60, of Pisgah Forest, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019. A native of Brevard, she was the daughter of Georgia Cox McCall and the late A.M. McCall. Pamela was a tremendously loving and giving individual. She loved the Lord and she loved to do for and give to others. She was a multiple-transplant recipient because of the loving generosity of others. She was the co-founder of Bread of Life where she was able to cook and provide hot meals for those in need. Her goal was to help people and to make others happy. She loved to cook, but she also loved art and enjoyed playing both guitar and piano as well as singing. Her loving survivors include her husband, Wayne Brown; her mother, Georgia Cox McCall; her sister, Myra M. Smathers (Bobby) and her brother David McCall. There will be a private time of remembrance and celebration of her life for family and close friends. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Care Partners Hospice, 21 Belvedere Road, Asheville, NC 28803.
