Nancy Elizabeth Shaver Fisher, 71, passed away July 18, 2019. Mrs. Fisher was born on November 12, 1947 in Fulton, NY to the late Howard S. Shaver and Betty Evertt Shaver. She was very proud of her work as an interior designer in which she was an expert. Nothing mattered more to her than her family whom she loved dearly as well as Christmas time. She loved to attend Faith United Methodist Church. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, July 23, 2019 at Faith United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Paige Ann Miller. She will be laid to rest at Bay Pines National Cemetery in St. Petersburg Fl. Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Donald Fisher; daughters, Kristi Nygren (Jeremy), Jamie Porter (Jason); brother, William Melchiomno; sisters, Janette Tyler (James), Betsy Miller (Robert); grandchildren, Matthew Porter, Haley Nygren, Hannah Nygren, Michael Porter, and James Porter.
