Matthew “Ken” Bencic, 77, of Westlake, passed away July 21, 2019. Beloved husband of 50 years to the late Marcia (Brown); loving father of Lisa (Eric) Jacobs and Julie (Andy) Drellishak; cherished grandfather of James, Travis and Jessica Jacobs and Zoe and Andrew Drellishak. Ken had been employed as Head of Capital Markets at UBS (formerly Paine Webber) for over 30 years and retired from S.G. Cowen. He was an avid owner of racehorses for over 40 years and enjoyed watching his beloved trotters and pacers. Visitation is 10 a.m. – 12 noon, Saturday, July 27, 2019, at the Sunset Chapel, 6245 Columbia Rd., North Olmsted, where funeral services will commence at 12 noon. Interment at Sunset Memorial Park, North Olmsted. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of the Western Reserve.
