Obituary Marie Elizabeth (Bobbie) Hardy, 89, of Panama City, FL went to be with the Lord and join our Daddy Earl in Heaven on Saturday, July 13, 2019. She was born April 22, 1930 in New York, New York. She was preceded in death by her father, Claude Barbosa; mother, Olive Weaver; husband, Edward Earl Hardy; and brother, James Barbosa.
