Louise E. Potrykus, age 87, of New Haven, passed away on July 30, 2019. She was born on April 15, 1932, in Chesterfield Township, to the late Alfred and Emma Schroeder. She married James Potrykus on September 2, 1950, he preceded her in death on February 4, 2012. Louise enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She is survived by her sons; Ronald (Beverly) Potrykus and Alfred (Theresa) Potrykus, grandchildren; Jamie Potrykus, Jason (Valerie) Potrykus, Joe (Kalicia) Potrykus and Justin Potrykus, and great grandchildren; Landon, Lyla, Ethan and Caleb. She was preceded in death by a son, James John Potrykus. A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements in care of Jowett Funeral Home -57737 Gratiot, New Haven.
