Lois’ Obituary McCORMICK, Lois Louise (Cook) – of Davison, MI, age 87, passed away Friday, July 19, 2019. Cremation has taken place. No services will be held at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests planting trees in memory of Lois. Lois was born in Burton, MI on May 25, 1932, daughter of the late Otis and Helen (Warren) Cook. She retired from AC Spark Plug. Lois enjoyed crocheting, traveling, holding any and all babies and playing Gin Rummy. She was affectionately known as “Hot Rod Granny”. Lois is survived by 2 daughters, Pamela (John) Bowers and Michelle (Mark Swayne) Greig; 5 grandchildren, Rhiannon, Megan, Chelsea, Maureen and Erin; 7 great-grandchildren, Ryleigh, Landon, Kasen, Talynn, Baye, Curtis and Alyse; brother, Doug (Pat) Cook; many other loving family members and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Julius McCormick; 3 children, Christine, Rodney and Beth; sister, Jean Snyder.
