Leona’s Obituary WILLIAMSON, Leona (Moore, Ketchabaw) – of Elba Twp., passed from this life into her Lord and Savior’s arms on July 30. A Funeral Service will be held 10 AM Friday, August 2, 2019 at Allen Funeral Home, 9136 Davison Rd., Davison; Pastor Arnold Bracy officiating. Burial will be in Flint Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-4 and 6-8 PM Thursday and 9 AM until time of service on Friday. Leona was born on November 19, 1942 at home in Standish, MI. She grew up in Flint and attended Kearsley Schools and Spring Arbor College. Employment included AC Spark Plug, Michigan Bell, and 35 years at Calvary Bible Church and the church’s radio station WMPC, Lapeer, MI. Leona was a former National Director of the National Railway Historical Society. Leona enjoyed serving as an award winning car host on Bluewater Michigan Chapter’s public rail excursions. She was an accomplished oil canvas artist, singer, and seamstress among other hobbies. She and husband Dave celebrated 49 years of marriage on July 2nd. Besides her husband, she leaves to cherish her memory daughter Tami (Jeff) Denman of Canton, GA, son Chuck (Cathie) Williamson, Holland, OH, and grandchildren Joshua Denman, Bowling Green KY, Caleb Denman, Franklin, KY, Emely and Ashlee Williamson, Davison, MI, sister Elaine Kelsey, South Rockwood, MI and best friend Mary Ann Russell, Lapeer, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer (Al) and Goldie Moore, and brother, Robert.
