Larry’s Obituary Larry Lee Sutphin, 78, of 106 North Pointe Road, South Mills, NC, died Saturday, July 13, 2019. Mr. Sutphin was born in Carroll County, VA on July 24, 1940, and was the son of the late Lonnie Ray and Sadie Turner Sutphin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister and four brothers. Surviving are his wife, Brenda Sutphin; three children; a brother; and three grandchildren. A private graveside memorial service will be held in the Sutphin Family Cemetery in Laurel Fork, VA.
