GREENFIELD – Kristine Faye Hager, age 41, of Greenfield, passed away on Sunday, July 7, 2019. She was born in Greenfield on September 5, 1977 to Marc and Karen (Asher) Petrey. She graduated from Greenfield-Central High School in 1996 and received her business certificate in travel and hospitality. She worked for Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance in Indianapolis as a material damage appraiser for six months, but has worked in insurance for over a decade. Kristine attended Church 52 and enjoyed volunteering at Fairbanks. She would speak at various women’s groups for drug and alcohol support. Kristine enjoyed reading, attending concerts, and chauffeuring kids to sporting events. Kristine is survived by her daughter, Kylie Hager of Greenfield; sons, Alex Hager, Logan Hager, and Cohen Hager all of Greenfield; parents; step-father, Bob Williams; brother, Brian Petrey of Greenfield; niece Madison Petrey; and father of her children, Brent Hager. She was preceded in death by her nephew, Jacob Root. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Erlewein Mortuary & Crematory, 1484 W. US Hwy. 40, Greenfield, IN 46140. A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 12, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at the mortuary. Burial will follow at Park Cemetery in Greenfield. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made by mail to the Hager Children’s Trust Fund, c/o Erlewein Mortuary, 1484 W.
