KNAPP – Klasena E. Knapp, age 83, of Comstock Park, went to her Lord and Savior on Saturday, July 13, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert “Herb” of 55 years; parents, Grace and John Noppert; brothers, Hank, John, Jack and Jerry Noppert; sister, Janet Dicharo; son-in-law, Bob Harp and brother-in-law, Bob Goebel and friend Dimitri Lisquez. She is survived by her daughters, Melissa (Brian) Flynn, Cindy (Dave) Ruhling, and Sandra (Bill) Sciamanna; son, Herbert (Karrie) Knapp; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; brother, Bob (Marsha) Noppert; sisters, Ruth Goebel, Barb (Richard) DeVries and Joyce Green; several nieces, nephews, cousins and her dear friend Alice Lisquez. Klasena was a graduate of Union High School in 1953. For 24 years plus she was a member of American Legion Post 47. She enjoyed spending time with her loving family, golfing, shopping, bowling, ceramics and traveling. The family will receive family and friends at Beuschel Funeral Home, 5018 Alpine Avenue, Comstock Park on Monday, July 15, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m. The celebration of Klasena’s life will be held at the Beuschel Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Kleinheksel as celebrant on Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior, at the funeral home.
