She was 75 years of age. Judy was born to Arnold and Nelese (Palmer) Rogers in Sallisaw, Oklahoma on January 27, 1944. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Laura Kay. Judy is survived by her husband, David Cansler; daughter, Lynn Stowe; brother, Jerry Phillip Rogers (Judy Rogers) and grandchildren, Derrick Stowe, Houston Stowe; Allyson Stowe and many nieces; nephews; greats and cousins. Visitation will be on Tuesday, July 16 from 6-8 at Affinity All Faiths Mortuary, 2850 S. Seneca St., Wichita, with funeral service Wednesday, July 17, 10 am at the Westide Free Will Baptist Church, 3310 W. MacArthur, Wichita and burial at 2 pm at the Kansas Veteran’s Cemetery, Winfield. A memorial has been established in her name and loving memory with the Ladies’ Prayer Group with the church.
