Jon Davin Porterfield, 57, of Jefferson City, Missouri passed away Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Harry S. Truman VA Hospital in Columbia, Missouri. He was born June 25, 1962 in Troy, Missouri the son of Lloyd and Carol (Thompson) Porterfield. Survivors include, Mother, Carol Porterfield of Lake Ozark, MO Children, Demitri Porterfield, of Jefferson City, MO; Zack Porterfield of Camdenton, MO; Emily Porterfield of Jefferson City, MO Sister, Callie Bilyeu (Dale) of Camdenton, MO Grandchildren, Korben A. Null & Kenneth S. Verslues His father preceded him in death. Jon was a veteran of the United States Army serving for ten years. He greatly enjoyed sports, fishing and all things outdoors. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 31, 2019 from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Phillips Funeral Home of Eldon, MO with a Memorial Service beginning at 8:00 PM with Bailey Koncevic officiating. Burial will be private for the family. Memorials in his name are suggested In Care of the Family.
