John’s Obituary John Wilford Ozene, 85, departed this life on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at Resthaven Nursing and Rehab Center in Lake Charles, LA. He was born October 20, 1933, to Alexander and Augustine Lemelle Ozene in Bell City, LA. He worked as a deliverer driver in distribution at Coca-Cola Company until his retirement. He also worked at Prien Village Complex Center in Lake Charles, LA. He leaves to cherish his memory, his stepson, Warren Christopher Reed of Lake Charles, LA; one daughter, Patricia Williams of Novato, CA; his nieces, Flossie Guillory, Linda Picou, and Jerry Guidry all of Lake Charles, LA; one nephew, Robert Ozane of Lake Charles, LA; one great niece, Orelia Jasmine of Lake Charles, LA; Kristie Whittington and Diane Guillory, (who were like granddaughters) and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Augustine Ozene, three brothers and three sisters. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at 9:00 a.m. and funeral service at 11:00 a.m., at King’s Funeral Home, Deacon Joseph Bushnell, officiating.
