John Wallhausser, educator, scholar, and artist, passed away Thursday, July 18th, 2019 at his home in Berea, Kentucky. He was born November 10th, 1932 in San Pedro Sula, Honduras and emigrated from Germany to the United States in 1937. Wallhausser earned his bachelor’s degree at The University of Pittsburgh in 1954 and completed his Ph.D. at Yale University in 1965.
